Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, Elijah has been performing since the age of 5 and also enjoys playing tennis, basketball, swimming, and Beyoncé. What drives Elijah the most is the opportunity to explore the human experience and invite audiences in to see more of themselves, as well the world around them. This is what he sets out to do with everything he does. Art fulfills him because of its facility to handle any conversation. Interpersonal, political or hypothetical, it intrigues Elijah to no end, and gives him hope in a world that is in desperate need of more of it.

"We must accept finite dissapointment, but never lose infinite hope."
                                              - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
